follow this step :
Open Start Menu > Type Cmd > Run As Administrator > Put This Code :
Type cd C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\ Press Enter
Type aspnet_regiis.exe -ir Press Enter

Start > Run -> appwiz.cpl > Turn Windows features on or off > Internet Information Services -> World Wide Web Services > Application Development Features > ASP , ASP 3 , ASP 4.5 (check it and then click OK)
